A refined and skilled cook who has made quality, the enhancement of the territory and the mastery of the raw material, his mission in the kitchen. All things that we at Villa Curina Resort consider to be the starting point for every successful culinary project and we are convinced that Pancrazio is the right professional with whom to embark on our new path.
Bringing to the table the raw materials directly from our garden and addressing only to local producers, our goal is to create a unique, a zero km restaurant for a genuine and sustainable cuisine that stands out from the others, all this for the love of our territory and for the desire to make it known to everyone.

With his quality Italian cuisine, strongly linked to tradition, Pancrazio Calamello carries on the idea that food is experience, knowledge and attention to detail and all this transpires in every recipe.
He travelled the world bringing Italian food and wine culture to Germany, Norway and China. He had the honor of cooking for great public figures such as Rita Levi Montalcini, Salvatore Fiume, Sandro Pertini and even for President Barack Obama on the occasion of his visit to Siena in 2017.
